About the Role

We’re seeking a visionary leader to elevate partner success at Fortune 1000 organizations through exceptional customer education and service. As the Director, you’ll use tech solutions and L&D strategies to enhance partner satisfaction, drive adoption, and maximize the impact of Big Think+ offerings.

Collaborating with the Chief Learning Architect and VP of Revenue, you’ll support client and prospect engagements while developing tailored learning programs using Big Think+ content. This role is pivotal—data shows that organizations leveraging customer education see a 56% improvement in onboarding efficiency and a 21% increase in customer lifetime value within two years. You’ll be at the forefront of customer success, shaping how partners engage with our resources and achieving meaningful business outcomes.

Who you are

  • Organized and process-oriented - You excel at managing complex projects, improving processes, and meeting multiple deadlines. You find delivering consistently to be both energizing and rewarding.
  • Client-centric - You obsess over the client experience and enjoy leading client meetings to learn more about how we can help.
  • Solid instructional designer - You have 2+ years as an instructional designer, preferably in the corporate learning space, and know what goes into creating engaging lessons and learning programs.
  • Business-minded - You understand common corporate goals/priorities/business acumen and can hold your own in a meeting with C-level executives. 
 

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the Partner Services team in designing and implementing scalable learning programs that reflect industry trends and align BT+ learning experiences to business goals at every organization we serve. You’ll create professional, polished, and compelling proposals, managing input from multiple stakeholders to develop offerings that maximize revenue and client value. 
  • Partner Engagement: Work with our Account Management team to foster long-term relationships with partners, tailoring learning strategies and technological solutions to unique client needs. 
  • Program Customization: Partner with the Director of Instructional Design to oversee and deliver world-class educational experiences in any format. Serve as product expert in meetings with Fortune 1000 executives for both prospective and active partners. 
  • Technology Solutions: Partner with our Product Management team to design and execute learner engagement strategies across both native (platform) and integrated environments (SCORM, Workday, EdCast, etc). Product management experience is a plus.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data in collaboration with the Director of Research, Evaluation, and Reporting to measure and demonstrate ROI for partner training programs, using analytics tools to measure customer lifetime value, satisfaction, program efficacy, and learner retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content developers, data analysts, account managers, and marketing teams to deliver dynamic, holistic solutions that align with partner objectives.
 

Additional notes

  • Please note that L&D programming experience in corporate environments is strongly preferred.
