We’re looking for a Partner Services Manager to help serve and grow our relationship with a major philanthropic organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with both a single large account and our internal teams to support the campaign from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day communications with partner stakeholders and internal teams throughout the full campaign lifecycle
  • Act as a point of quality control and help manage expectations across all phases of the project
  • Create and manage detailed project timelines and budgets to ensure all deliverables are completed on time
  • Deliver best-in-class client service that drives satisfaction and repeat business
  • Develop and maintain custom project documents tailored to the client, providing a clear and centralized reference for project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and decisions
  • Work within the client’s project management systems to input updates, track progress, and ensure visibility across their internal teams
  • Surface and manage client feedback/questions with recommendations on how to address or push back; manage up 
  • Lead cross-functional communication to ensure internal stakeholders are aligned and up to date on project status and partner priorities. Provide regular updates while evaluating trade-offs and recommending solutions when delays arise
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and execute go-to-market or release strategies

What You’ll Need

  • 4-5 years of experience in a project management and/or account management role 
  • A self-starter who solves problems proactively 
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record in managing high-value client relationships
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to achieve goals
  • Comfortable working on multiple project simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have knowledge of digital media and video production workflows
